- To give teachers access to Calvert's Lower School technology curriculum;
- To generate ideas for technology-related activities; and
- To provide web-based resources for technology integration in the classroom.
It is helpful to know the skills students possess at particular grade levels so technology can be more appropriately integrated with current lessons.
At the top of this blog, there are tabs which link to the skills each grade level will cover throughout the course of the year in Technology Class. The "Resources" tab lists several web sites, split into grade level, that can enhance current lessons with tech-related activities. On the right-hand side of the blog is a link to various tech integration ideas. Here, you will find a list of projects that you could do in your classroom. More sites will be added throughout the year, so please check back often. You may bookmark this site in your list of favorites in Internet Explorer; it will NOT be listed on the Faculty Blogs page.
